Seventh Sky Phuket, condos for slae
Hello, everyone, I was looking forward to investing in real estate in Phuket and buy some condo-type property. I stumbled across condominium that is currently under construction and so far it seems like a good deal.
I was wondering if anybody has come across this company (Seventh Sky) in the past? Although it appears that they are relatively new to the market. Here is their website http://seventhskyphuket.com (to speed up the process)
By estimates, the rental income has to go up to 8-10% annually. But I still want to hear an outside opinion, better safe than sorry. Plus it would be nice to hear other opinions on the real estate opportunity in this particular region.
