@Mark Brauer I am Interested in learning more about the company. I share the same sentiment of skeptism when it comes to finding properties and receiving the ok. I had an interview with Marcus Erwin and I'm just trying figure out if giving 3,000 is a gimmick to increase revenue for their company, being that it's a fairly new.

Hey any news on this company yet?  Did you try it out?

Run. Once they collected the fee, my calls/texts/emails takes a MINIMUM of 48 hours for them to respond to. The "response" would be 1 minotr question, I answered quickly, another 48 hours before they "respond" with....we need to schedule a call, when are you available?
I respond ASAP...another 48 hours minimum. Several time a full 5 days before a response.  Their "ticket" system is not functionaing well. They refused to give me back my money.  I am disputing the fee on my credit card. It is such a scam.
