Hey Guys I saw the old thread about rent to retirement and didn’t see a lot of updates or info. I’ve also reached out to some people who have left the owner reviews but have heard nothing back.
Just want to do my due diligence and very interested in working with them.
Can anyone chime in on good and bad?
I purchased a property through Rent to Retirement back in May of this year. @Zach Lemaster was the person that I dealt with throughout the process. He was very helpful before, during, and after the purchase of my SFH in KC. It has been a short while since I have owned it and I have been happy with the process. I was having some slight issues with PM but that has been taken care of with just an email to Zach. He takes a lot of time to help you determine your goals and find a property that fits that. These are mostly Turnkey so while you won't be able to get instant equity in most of these purchases most of them cash flow well enough without having major maintenance to worry about at the beginning. Due your own due diligence but I would recommend rent to retirement. Let me know if you need anything further!

Taylor, as with any investment, there are inherent risks to real estate investing. I do strongly believe that with the appropriate systems in place you can mitigate much of this risk. Most of this revolves around dealing with tenants as this is a people business. I'm happy to answer any follow up questions you have, and below is a good thread to many investors that own multiple properties with us for years. Please feel free to reach out to any of them to see what their experiences have been.
Hope to do business with you in the near future!
Overall very good experience. I've purchased many turnkey rentals from them, and have no plans to stop anytime soon. Good communication, quality rentals, growing markets, etc. All the right things I'm looking for to add to my investing team. I've chosen to work with them as I immediately noticed a high level of professionalism & customer service. They spend a lot of time after purchasing with them to help you build a financial blueprint for long term real estate investing, which has been extremely helpful for me! Overall very satisfied with my properties, and plan to purchase more. Just a couple vacancies so far which were filled in less than a month. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
Ditto what everyone else stated here. Invested with them for a while now and have had a good experience. In addition to building my passive income portfolio, I feel like the most beneficial thing I've gained from working with them is learning how to most efficiently invest in RE. We've worked on different strategies to maximize my returns by utilizing a 1031 exchange to trade equity in a property I had sitting doing nothing, and use that to expand my portfolio to ultimately increase my cash flow & net worth. Best part of a 1031 is it's all tax free! We've also worked through a SDIRA to utilize retirement accounts to invest in RE to beat any returns I was getting in stocks, not to mention I really had no idea what I was doing in stocks. At least in RE I feel like I have more knowledge to make a sound investment, and ultimately more control over the investment. Now looking at business lines of credit to purchase and refinance. Lots of strategies to ultimately help me expand my rental portfolio, and to learn a ton along the way. I feel like a much more sophisticated & savvy investor than I would have been trying to do this all on my own. Light years ahead, so big thanks to these guys, and I highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to partner with a high quality team doing some very cool things in promising markets!!
My only issue I seem to see now that I’ve seen a partner contract that USreeb is involved in some way. I’ve read reviews and they have a F rating with BBB and terrible reviews on this site. That right there is a huge concern.

Taylor, I've responded to the email you sent me with more specific details that you asked for. As we discussed, often we will have many partners involved in the process from capital raising & financing, to contracting & the rehab process, management, marketing, property acquisitions, portfolio holding entities, etc. Please just email me directly with specific questions like this so I can answer as appropriate.
I've worked with them for a few years now to purchase multiple homes in different markets, and I have been very impressed with the level of quality service I've received up to this point. That is one of the best benefits in working with them is having the ability to purchase in multiple states to add some diversity to your portfolio. If you haven't scheduled an initial phone call with Zach I highly encourage you to in order to learn all the different strategies they employ to help investors purchase rental real estate regardless of your experience level or background. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a quality team that does very thorough rehab along with offering excellent long term property management. They also stay very involved throughout the life of the investment to ensure you are kept up to speed on how the property is performing, and to help you build your overall long term investing strategy. Big thanks to these guys for the excellent service so far, and I look forward to continuing to invest with them long term!! If anyone has any specific questions, please feel free to pm me anytime.
