OOS STR and MTR questions

Hey im just starting out into REI. I am and out of state investor looking into Cleveland area. Are there any other OOS doing STR or MTR in the Cleveland area? I would love to get in contact with you and ask some questions.

I feel like not many of the people who I know in Cleveland that do them are on here strangely. We are just setting up our first one so we are still learning as far as the STR strategy.
