How mush rent should i charge for my townhouse?

This is my first time renting out my home, and i want to learn a way to determine how mush rent should i charge. I own a 3 story townhouse, 2 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, 1310 sq ft. 2 car garage. Its in ocean view hills, playa del sol. No other same units are being rented in my neighborhood so i cant compare rent prices... any help or guidance will be much apreciatted!

The best way to determine what your home should rent for is to take a look at the comparables. Look for similar homes in your area and see what they are renting for.
