I am looking for any investors or contractors who can provide what they've seen for costs on new constriction residential. Average PPSF hard costs over the last 6 months. Something I can run a proforma on before soliciting hard bids.

The property location is in Milwaukee, WI. 2BR/2BA 2 floor townhomes.

Probably around $200/sf for the build assuming water and sewer already on the lot.

Out here new construction residential runs anywhere from $250/SF - $450/SF depending on lot conditions, complexity of the build, and quality of finishes.
