Is Englewood a good city to invest in real estate?
I'm looking to buy a multi family unit in Englewood for a fix and flip. Is this a good market and city to invest in? Will I be able to flip a property in this area ?
It's a D class neighborhood and usually that means it is not an ideal place to own real estate. You can make money in D class neighborhoods but you will want to do your homework and connect with other investors that have done business there.

There is no free lunch! Private Lenders are usually reluctant to lend in these areas but if you have an existing relationship it should be easier.
