Looking to invest in Toledo, Ohio

Hi! BP investors we're looking to invest in Toledo, Ohio and would like to know if

Toledo, OH 43609 is a good zip code to invest, do you need tornado insurance any other relevant info would be much appreciated.

I invest in 43609. No tornado insurance required.

 43609 is gross. You can do better. Population loss:

2011   23,750

2015   22,364

2020   21,296

It depends on where you're at in 43609. There are a couple of nice sections of neighborhoods that are solid to invest in, but there's a lot of D+ in that zip code as well. And no, you don't need tornado insurance. Let me know if you have any other questions.

 Nah, not a risk that you'll need to have on your radar.

@Walter Pineda 43609 is divided into 2 parts. The elementary school would have to be Arlington or Burroughs. If it’s Walbridge or Jones that’s where your D class starts.
