Shared housing in Cincinnati

Griffin Hines

Is there decent demand for shared housing in Cincinnati? I’m considering getting a 4 bedroom for 130,000 but want to make sure I can live in it and rent it out.

Hi Griffin! I am a real estate agent and investor based in Columbus, Ohio but also have done deals and investments in Cincinnati so I'm familiar with the market. There's always a demand for shared housing in Cincinnati. Don't hesitate to ask if you need further information.

Yes! Cincinnati is a great place for shared housing. I went to the University of Cincinnati, and even after college I lived in a few different multi-family's. If I had been more educated about house hacking when I was in college or even right after, Cincinnati would have been a great place to do it for me.

@Griffin Hines If the property is located close to the University of Cincinnati, then there is a lot of demand. The student housing market is pretty solid next to UC.
