Campbell & Sons Capital Has anyone deal with this company?
Hi Everyone,
Has any one in this site has deal with Campbell & Sons Capital. I just received a pre-approval from them but they are asking for 15% consulting fee and also that moving forward with the pre-approval might result in multiple inquiries on your credit report. Those are the only two things I found questionable in the process. An suggestions?

To clarify something on the fee . . . 15% of what?
15% of the amount of the line of credit.
