I have two rentals in VT I am looking to straight out sell or take hard $ against
As mentioned in the title...I have two rentals in Southern VT. I would prefer to sell, if not take a hard $ loan against them

Are they cash flowing / in good condition? If so, why hard money and not conventional or DSCR?
credit not so hot. I am open to anything if that is not a determine factor....significant equity in the properties

Another vote for DSCR debt if these properties are cashflowing.
I am curious if these are still for sale. If they are I’d like some info as I’m looking in the area
