New MTR emerging markets
Hi, does anyone have advice for new emerging mid term markets or good existing markets for the same?
Looking to purchase first property up to 400k in any such market.
I would look into places with big medical fields. Traveling nurses and doctors got HUGE during the Covid Era, and while they do seem to have scaled back, there is still a market. @Holly Kaufman and I had clients in Galveston recently purchase a condo to be used as an STR and their first booking request was MTR from a traveling healthcare worker... instant MTR! A lot of options down here in our neck of the woods to pursue STR/MTR style properties and potentially pivot between the two as time of year and market needs change.
