I would like any and all information regarding starting a very small ( two bedroom ) crash pad in Las Vegas.

What to provide for the temporary "crasher", How it works ....spur of the moment, month to month or varied?

How much to charge?

Where to I post my listing?

Any information will definately be appreciated.

Thank you

The only airlines that have Las Vegas hub are Southwest, Allegiant Air, Spirit and Frontier. And there are many restrictions on short and medium term rentals in Las Vegas.  I would research the market a bit more.
