Mid-Term / Travel Nurse Rental near Baylor Hospital

Hi all!

I’m interested in posting a town house in Dallas near Baylor hospital for mid-term rental potentially for travel nurses. Has anyone done this successfully in the area? Looking for any tips, sites to look into, etc.

You can do it.  The travel nurse deal is mostly shut down now.  It exists, but to a much lesser extent than during Covid times.  Most won't pay housing stipend anymore, so a lot of the perks are gone.

From what I saw on some of the FB groups there also seemed to be a real disconnect between what owners wanted/needed to make it make sense and what the travel nurses wanted to pay.  To me it looked like they wanted to pay basically market rent.  Owners wanted rent that would account for furnishing the place, utilities, vacancy, which would probably be at least double the normal LTR rate.
