Revoke Power of Attorney to sell

Looking for direction. 

Bertha granted Rudolph with a power of Attorney (seems with full authority). Bertha claims that the property is hers however the property Deed shows Rudolph's name. Currently Rodolfo and Bertha do not talk to each other due family matters. Bertha wants to sell the house.

Do you know what are options for Bertha?
