Attorney - Seller Finance & Legal Contract Review
Hello - I am looking for an Attorney that would be available to write and/or review a contract for buying a small business. Seller finance is part of this process and we would like the legal advise. Thank you

Most attorneys at local title companies should be able to assist in that work. I use Landsel Title a lot. I can send over some referrals if needed, but overall I'd call a few title companies to have their attorneys facilitate the transaction.

Hey Adam, I helped one of my real estate clients close a seller finance deal a few weeks ago which is getting him over 20% cash on cash return on the deal so I have lots of experience when it comes to creative financing. Plus, I'm currently working with one of my other clients on closing a subject to deal right now. Both amazing rockstar deals! But I use an attorney on all of my creative finance deals and this attorney charges some of the best rates I've ever seen. I'd be more than happy to refer you over to him.

If there are no agents (business broker, real estate broker) representing the buyer, the buyer of a business which includes real estate will need a local attorney well versed not only in real estate but also mergers & acquisitions. Relying upon an attorney with experience in one field but not the other will likely cost the buyer in the long run.
Avvo is a good source for attorney information.
