LLC or DBA

Hi! I am entering into the world of wholesaling. Before getting into real estate, I owned a small business and the name of my LLC is very specific to what I used to do. I don't want to use that title on real estate documents, so should I apply for a new LLC or a DBA (doing business as). Also I'm not sure if I can use a DBA on contracts/legal docs. Any help is appreciated.
