Using video text as more personal way to reach absentee owners?
Has anyone tried using video text as a more personal way to reach absentee owners over cold calling and plain texting?
My best impression is in person, and a short video is the next best option I feel to not coming across as an actual cold call or bot generated sales text. Just need to figure out script for it. Was wondering if anyone else had tried this and the kind of feedback or results. TIA
