Getting started out (Advice)
When I first started investing it took me 1.5 years to get my first deal. I was cold calling, driving for dollars, waking up early to put out bandit signs, and door knocking because I did not have a lot of money to spend on marketing. I got my first deal driving for dollars, was I excited, yes! But then I thought, why would my chance or the speed to which I get a 2nd deal be any quicker then 1.5 years. It's like betting on red, getting lucky then expecting it will happen the next spin.
