Any buyers not afraid of post occupancy agreements?
I'm in Denver. Whether it's on the MLS or an off market deal I'm assigning some buyers are deathly afraid of PCOA's. If you're a buyer that doesn't mind a 15-30 PCOA with a $200 failure to vacate and $2000 deposit term, let me know. For my own buying criteria I don't like them because I don't do rentals and am impatient to be honest but I know every buyer is different.
