Thinking About Getting Into Wholesaling
Is it a good strategy for getting into and funding future investments?
Quote from @Jay Hinrichs:
any commission job such as wholesaling or real estate sales or selling cars etc etc is a good way to save for investments.
wholesaling is very tough and takes a lot of work and you do need marketing money up front.. depends on your market though I suspect Dayton is one that wholesaling works pretty good in.
wholesaling works good in C and D rental markets mainly.
I am working on wholesaling in the Cleveland/Akron, Ohio area. What do you mean by C and D rental markets?
C and D is the neighborhood type! A is being the best neighborhood, B is being the second best neighborhood, C is being better then D, and D is NOT being a good neighborhood! I hope this helps!
Take the plunge, burn the ships, and get rid of the excuses you can make HUGE profits in this business, but it will take discipline and consistency! Feel free to DM me if you want to talk more about it, I am a local wholesaler in Michigan and have been doing it for just over a year now. LOVE IT
