read your post.

If you want people to respond, you need to give them a bit more than what you need right?

there is no incentive for anyone to respond. Are you going to pay them? Will you cook for them? Why would anyone respond...

Just wondering though.. how did you put this property under contract being in FL, without having pictures of the house? Based on what did you make the offer?

Hey Jerryll completely agree with you, but the answer is yes im willing to pay I should've put that in the original post.

And well with the internet and comps and general description from the seller, info from property appraiser, theres a lot of info out there, enough to make a good offer

@Miguel Rincon I'd recommend looking for runners on Facebook groups for that specific area.  I don't know if I'd recommend real estate-related groups, since you don't want an unethical person to poach your deal, so I usually recommend groups that have people looking for gigs to make extra money, i.e. Trading Post, Craigslist for that City (there are "Craigslist" groups on FB), Garage Sale groups, etc.

Chiming in here. I always look for new agents that are hungry for cash to do "errands" for me. They dig it! Happy investing!

In the past I have used a company called "Proxy Pics" when inspecting properties out of my state. Hope this helps.

You can try out a service called real image pro. You could try task oriented apps such as Thumbtack or connect with a local real estate agent. All the best.
