Correct place to post a wholesale deal

Hey y'all, I was watch a YouTube video where the wholesaler listed a deal on BiggerPockets forum, instead of running the risk of posting it & getting skated on FaceBook marketplace. My question is, where is the appropriate place on this forum to post a deal?

Please post your deals/properties for sale in the Marketplace only https://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-listings?property_listings=true

This is the only place on the site where you can advertise it. You do need a Pro or Premium account to be able to post your listing.

In most states it’s technically illegal to market a wholesale deal as you would be considered a broker - not that anyone ever gets caught…
