How to find wholesalers

Gil Amos
Posted Nov 28 2022, 04:46

Hey everyone! I'm looking for tips to get onto wholesalers emailing lists. Google isn't really helping me much. Can you guys please let me know how you were able to get in touch with wholesalers in your area? I am specifically aiming to brrrr properties and believe having potential deals sent to me will be very helpful.

Thanks!

Wholesalers in my area use FB marketplace and local Facebook yardsale pages to post their deals for sale. You can message them and they will put you on thier list. Keep in mind that the wholesaler knows very little about the property and cannot provide a seller's disclosure. Have fun.

1. Google 'real estate wholesalers near me'

2. Call on bird dog yard signs

3. Ask other investors

4. Ask real estate agents

5. Ask general contractors

6. Go to local REIA meetups

Facebook is a great tool, get on your local real estate investors pages or off market pages and you will see tons of wholesalers assigning contracts.

look for Facebook real estate investor groups in your area, I belong to about 20, tons of wholesalers, unfortunately so many have deals that don't make sense. But there are good ones out there as well.

I'm a wholesaler out of DC. I have a buyers list that expands nationwide! Love to connect with others.

You can find most of them on real estate investing Facebook groups and Craigslist.

Facebook groups is where it's at. I'd also suggest to setup a Chrome extension, the one I used is called "Email Extract", as you're browsing through Facebook Wholesale groups, many of them like to add their email address. With these type of extensions it'll capture them automatically which will make it easier for you to build a solid contact list.
