In need of a wholesale contract in New York
Hello all. I have the opportunity to wholesale a property in upstate New York and was wondering if anyone could help with the contract portion. Do I need a contract specific to New York or will a generic contract work? Thank you!
Hey Josh, your best bet is to talk to a local lawyer. To have them draft a contract for you shouldn't cost more than $300-$400 and then you don't have to stress about the legality of your contracts.
