New wholesaler in Buffalo, New York
Hello, I am a new wholesaler in Buffalo and I am very confused about the whole idea of needing an attorney for real estate wholesaling transactions in New York State. I am wondering if it would be easier to just look in other states that do not require an attorney to be included in the transaction. If anybody has any suggestions or can give me a good market to look in elsewhere it would be greatly appreciated!!
