I am looking to connect with wholesalers who have potential subject to / seller financing leads. Looking for sellers with minimal equity (<20k).

I can add you to my list for TX if you want.  Just some advice, the list is a mile long of buyers who want to put very, very little down and who want subject to and seller financing, so differentiate yourself in some way, maybe just by being a polite, nice person to work with, and by being responsive, etc.
