How are people sourcing buildable land deals in today’s market?

Hi everyone, I’m exploring wholesaling buildable land and wanted to ask does this strategy actually work well in practice, and is it something that can realistically scale into a consistent business?

Yes, land wholesaling can absolutely work and scale, but only if you treat it like a data and relationships business instead of chasing random cheap lots. The best deals usually come from  inherited / tax delinquent land in my opinion
