Wholesalers buying/selling without making any repairs and still making profit ?
Im in Phx,Az and currently in the car selling business ,was looking for other ways to create wealth, recently i was looking at homes for my personal use and to live in, in the process homes that are literally total demos popped up in my search criteria, i know these are wholesalers, can you really get away from buying cheap and selling below market but still making a profit without doing repairs?, im guessing these homes are being sold at the PHX court in downtown and in cash as i dont think any lender would take that much of a risk.
