Finding Buyers
I am new to Bigger Pockets and residential wholesaling. I've been to several meet-ups and training sessions. In the last 2 1/2 months I have got 9 deals under contract on my own and sold them with an experienced partner splitting the deals. I am learning from him but I am anxious to find deals and sell them on my own. I have been networking but I need to do more to build a buyers list. Any feedback and suggestions on doing more to find buyers in my area of south florida is appreciated.
