And/Or Assigns?

Hi BP,

I'm very confused guys. Where do I put "and/or assigns" on my purchase and sell agreement? or does that go on the assignment contract? Is there anything I should DEFINENTLY have stated in my purchase and sell agreement besides the basic conditions? Where can I find an example of a previous contract used? (because I really need an EXAMPLE)
