Hello all. We are just starting and are so excited after the 3 day seminar we attended. Starting a buyers list and got great ideas from that seminar. I'm asking for help though. (totally new) I'm asking for ANY ideas, suggestions or comments for us to succeed. Thank you all in advance on your replies.

Find a off market property anywhere in Placer or Sacramento county. If you can get it at a great deal , you can make money by wholesaling it to another investor. The hardest part now in CA is the low inventory of housing for sale. If you ever have questions about investor financing , please ask me.
