In AZ and need a wholesale contract from Ohio ASAP
i have my first virtual wholesale deal going on and need a contract thats applicable to ohio laws! I currently live in arizona but i dont think that would be a problem. I need to get this guy under contract asap so i can put it on the market. I would print it out sign it then next day mail it to the owner. If anyone can help that would be awesome!
