What does the contract period (from contract to close) look like for a wholesaler? Do I put the house under contract, assign to an end buyer, and then sit back and pray for the deal to close? Or do I need to take more steps in between? I'm a newbie so I am trying to get a picture of what to expect. Thanks guys.
that's basically it. You get a property under contract and find a end buyer, once the end buyer is found, u get them to sign an assignment contact, drop u a deposit and set a closing date.
