Keys to a great local mentor
Hello Bp, I'm in the Minnesota market and wanted to know how realistic it is to find a mentor who is willing to step by step walk through with my first few deals. My circumstances don't allow for up front payment but I would be willing to pay with profits from the the first few deals. I understand the value of time and would not be wasting anyone time who truly helps me. Is this far fetched now a days?
