Talking to woman in St. Cloud,Fl she is considering letting me wholesale her home for her. Just wanted to ask if this would be a deal honestly. She is willing to get let me have get her home under contract for 120,000. ARV is 137,500 with no repairs needed. Could someone help me. Would like to get my first deal done if deal.
