Direct Mail Marketing
Hey guys,
I'm working on a direct mail marketing campaign to target "poor" condition homes listed in the public records. I've created a flyer myself but was wondering if anyone out there has had any success with their own campaign or marketing that they would be willing to share with me? Since I'm a real estate agent, I'm new to the whole direct mail marketing scene. Any suggestions/thoughts/comments or concerns you'd like to address or share?? Thanks guys :)
