Greedy Wholesalers Rant

I just want to vent really quick. I think I'm about done with JV wholesaling. I brought a buy to 3 different deals, got a verbal agreement on the asking price, just to have them taken away for a few thousand dollars. I'm crushed. I know that in REI things like this happen, but where has all the morals and integrity gone? Now, I'm trying to find the words to let me buyer down easily.
