I wanna do my first flip.

I wanna do mt first flip i found a great but yet simple property. I ran into the biggest problem , FUNDING i dont have enough for a down payment but the whole math is the property is 25k and rehab is 25k how are some ways to find funding ? as well as how would i find someone to walk me though the whole steps of this.
