Someone from Indy wants to buy my Bay Area townhouse!

Just got a yellow letter (well actually its a white post card) from someone from Indianapolis breathlessly announcing they would like to buy my San Jose town house (current value approx $1M) for cash! Maybe I should call them back and see what they are willing to offer...lol
