Hello BP member,

I am still very new to real estate investing and very curious about the different exit strategies involved with investing. I was watching a few videos on YouTube and came across a video about virtually wholesaling with Cris Chico. Just wondering has any one had any success with virtual wholesaling with or without Cris Chico's mentor-ship or guidance? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
