Why does every seller want retail?
I'm getting tired of all of these calls where people only want retail for property that they know isn't worth what their asking... like their wanting arv for properties that are only worth maybe 1/2 that now, so my offer would be like 60-70% of that tops.
Just kinda venting lol but seriously... how are you convincing people to sign contracts for so low when they start out wanting so much more?
