My neighbors selling his home
hello please help! I have a couple ideas but what would you do if your neighbors was selli g their home. After talking with him, i found out that they had already bought a new home and he told me they are going to pit the house on the market in about 2 weeks. He said they just want to get out of it. He is not really concerned with profit those are hos words.
How would you go about buying this home. Our neighborhood has been hot for awhile now. There has been at 10 flipps in my neighborhood and they normaly sale fast.Thanks in advance
