Finding Buyers
I just came across an amazingly simple way to find a list of buyers anywhere in the U.S. I haven't called anyone on the list yet but I wanted to share this with my B.P. fiends. It's just to simply "Google" www.yellowpages.com and enter "real estate investors for whatever city you want. I did it for my city and got a list of about 45 listed as real estate investors. I intend to call each one and explain that I am constantly finding good deals on real estate and what to wholesale the properties if they are interested or do they know anyone who might be interested. This is free, easy and very simple. If anyone else has used this method, I would be interested in their results.
