Does transactional funding cover closing cost
I just got my first property under contract and now I'm trying to get a better understanding of the the closing process and how much i would have to come out of pocket in total.
My question is if were to do a double close and get transactional funding, do they also pay for all the closing cost or it depends on what company I'm getting the loan from?
