Hey everyone,

Found bigger pockets no more than a couple weeks ago, been hooked every day since whether its podcasts, forums, etc. Really looking to get into wholesaling. One question I have is regarding the conversation between the wholesaler and seller. How do you explain your motives as a wholesaler to them? Do you not want them knowing you are the middle man to finding a buyer for them? Looking for any help on into this scenario.
