Need help I'm a newbie
I'm a newbie in the rei scene and I would like some advice. When seeking out a deal from a wholesale aspect , do I have to let the seller know that I am a wholesaler? How should that conversation go? Kinda wondering if I should say, hey I don't want to buy the house myself but I know someone who does, Any tips would be great, thank you!
