Wholesale Home with Delinquent Taxes
I was just curious if a house I found owes $11,800 in taxes, but has been abandoned and needs a lot of work... Would this still be worth it if I am able to get this property under contract for $1,000 would it still be worth it? The comps are $28-$35,000. I am just nervous about the repairs it will need! Please let me know any advice will help!
