Newbie wanting to start investing w/ wholesaling.

I am interested in investing in real estate and with some research I have found that wholesaling may be the best way to start. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Positives, negatives, maybe where to start. I've looked at a company called Wholesaling Inc.
