Wholesaling Stripmall
Hi all, got a big question. It's a bit loaded too.
I am looking for info on how to wholesale a Strip mall. I have partnered up with another wholesaler who is in contact with the seller, and on my end I am communicating with the potential commercial buyer. I am trying to figure out how to do this correctly and smoothly. Are there any specific contracts involved, if so which ones, and where can I get some? How would you get paid from a deal like this as a wholesaler? The seller is motivated to sale and the buyer is hungry to buy. How do I do this? Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks
